HPHT-FLA
HPHT Fluid-Loss Additives
Functional class of additives for controlling fluid loss in water-based drilling fluids at elevated bottom-hole temperatures.
Application
HPHT drilling intervals where standard FLA chemistries degrade. Product must be matched to mud type, solids content and maximum circulating temperature.
Technical characteristics (quality certificate)
Typical values as stated on a mill quality certificate (passport) for a standard commercial grade. Actual lot values are confirmed in the COA / TDS for the selected manufacturer.
